Waterside Is Coming

We are excited to see and hear the good news surrounding the former GM Stamping Plant just around the corner from The Lofts On Belmont.  This site has been in the news in the past for possible development and now it’s finally on track for completion.  The development branded ” Waterside” is a huge undertaking and awesome news for our neighborhood and the Nearwestside. Waterside will challenge conventional notions of city building, transforming and expanding the urban core of Indianapolis for generations to come.  You can check out and follow the progress at hellowaterside.com
