Loft 300 Leased!
Patty and I would like to thank everyone for helping us find our new residents for LOFT 300. We always have mixed emotions when it comes to leasing one of our lofts. On one side we are sad to lose someone we have spent time with, on the other side we are happy to welcome a new couple full of excitement for their new Loft. It's never easy finding residents who appreciate all of the work involved with the building, but with your help sharing our story, it gets easier and faster with each transition.
