Redevelopment Plans For The Former GM Plant Move Forward, Despite Amazon

Good News for the Near Westside

Announced this week, plans to move forward with development on the old GM plant near the zoo.  This is great to hear after so many years of development all around our building.  Not sure exactly what will transpire but we do know that it has been bought and talks started for redevelopment.  Check out the story!        

Amazon Still Deciding

The site is prime real estate for Amazon if they decide to select Indianapolis for HQ2.  Ambrose in May announced plans to build a $550 million project that includes apartments, offices, retail and a hotel.  As the article states they would be open to developing the site for Amazon.  That would be very cool!  I think?  Check out the entire article!
