The building is located in an older neighborhood called Hawthorne, just west of downtown in Indianapolis, Indiana, also known as the Nearwestside. We lived in the neighborhood from 1988-2003 while working on the lofts and starting our family. Our oldest daughter, Miranda and her family now live on the next street west of Belmont and 2 houses down from where she grew up. We can talk with you about the area, having served as president of the Hawthorne Neighborhood Association and participating in local agencies to make the Nearwestside a vibrant community.
